B2B commerce · @ttsalpha
B2B tattoo supply for licensed shops across Greater Tampa Bay: many suppliers in one catalog and one checkout, delivered same day by its own drivers. ttsalpha built the web app end to end.
Maps & navigation · @Dingi
Maps and navigation for Bangladesh, with live traffic and Bangla voice guidance. I owned iOS releases, OS migrations and SDK updates on an existing Swift codebase.
Marketplace · Client
A two-sided marketplace with booking, live tracking and payments. Both apps built from scratch and shipped to both stores.
Utility · Own product
Wireless ebook transfer to Kindle: drag a file in, get a four digit code, open it in the Kindle browser. Free to use, funded by its supporters, run by me.
Commerce · Co-founder
An ordering site I co-founded in Dhaka and took from zero to launch. Customers placed an order, and we went to the shops, bought what they asked for and delivered it. No warehouse, no inventory, just people doing the work while the software learned what people wanted.
Founder, engineer, and one of the delivery guys.
Open source · Own package
A themeable PIN and OTP input for Flutter, MIT licensed. In production in thousands of apps, and the largest of the five I publish under my own name.
Nearly half a million downloads a month across five open source packages. 160 of 160 pub points.
Open source · @Apexive
An open source toolkit that puts language models inside Odoo: providers, retrieval, knowledge bases and agent tooling, as thirty-four installable modules. Built at Apexive, my previous company, and theirs rather than mine.
1,492 of roughly 1,900 commits are mine, which makes me its largest contributor. 215 stars, 157 forks.
How a project runs
Will it work, and what will it cost?
You bring the problem. We work out the solution, map the infrastructure and optimise the cost, built to scale so it never needs a rebuild.
Will it take forever?
Estimates come from the total effort with AI-accelerated work built in, so it moves much faster than a traditional dev shop. Reusable building blocks, each one replaceable on demand.
Will they go quiet on me?
Daily updates, a demo every week, and a fresh build on staging every couple of days. You never wait to see where it stands.
Who looks after it?
One month of support free after launch, then a retainer that keeps it running and growing.
“I saw how he started to learn Flutter when it was released, did not give up in spite of a lack of resources, and built his own modules. Today he is one of the dependable Flutter developers in the industry.”
“He showed his expertise from implementing pixel perfect user interfaces to complex logic for dynamic applications, on both Android and iOS.”
“One of the most inspiring CTOs I have had the chance to connect with. Open-minded, genuinely helpful, and highly resourceful.”
Starting fresh or stuck halfway
Stalled, abandoned or breaking in production. We take it over, steady it and ship it again. Or we build it right the first time.
